The most convenient way to place your order is through our website by accessing our “Order Now” page. Add the items needed to the shopping cart and check out, a simple order form will appear, fill out the information and proceed with payment. We accept credit card payment processing online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Once you have processed your order, you will receive an email confirmation of payment.
We offer free delivery!
We have delivery personnel who will bring your order to the location specified on the day you or your tenants arrive.
We suggest placing your linen order at the time you receive your reservation to ensure availability and delivery. We will gladly take your order several months in advance. If you are ordering "last minute" we cannot guarantee we will have all items in stock. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your linen rental needs.
All of our linens are professionally laundered using hypoallergenic wash formulas designed for individuals with sensitive skin or chemical allergies.
Any missing or damaged rental linens are subject to additional charges (listed below) to the credit card on file. Please do not use hand towels or facecloths as cleaning rags or makeup removers. Place all sheets, towels, bath mats, etc. in laundry bag(s) provided to you. We are a separate company from the homeowner and we will only receive the items you place in the bags.

Should you have to cancel your order for any reason, please call us directly at 570-580-7375.
Upon you, or your guests' departure, please remove sheets and pillowcases from beds and place used linens and towels in the bag that we delivered to your location. Please leave all items right outside the front door for pick-up by 11AM on checkout day. It is very important to make sure no pieces are missing (please check your inventory). WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE YOU TO REPLACE ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED PIECES.
Yes, please email us at info@mountainviewlinens.com and we will send you our current discount programs so that you can get started providing linens for your guests.
You do not need to be present when we deliver or pick-up rental linens. If you are not present for the delivery on your arrival date your linens will be left by the front door of your vacation home rental. At the end of your stay, simply place all of the linens back in the provided bag and leave outside for pick-up by 11:00 a.m.
